Bell’Occas is the only certified Ressourcerie© in the Ardennes, dedicated to collecting, repurposing, and reducing waste while promoting social and professional inclusion. Founded in 2006, it evolved from a project initiated by the Association for the Disabled (APLH) to support employment reintegration for individuals with disabilities. Over time, Bell’Occas expanded its mission to include all people facing social exclusion. Each year, it provides employment contracts to over 50 individuals,
