Churches Action for the Homeless (CATH)

Churches Action for the Homeless (CATH) is a local charity that supports, encourages and promotes the development and delivery of services to alleviate and prevent homelessness, and address the issues of poor housing. CATH seeks to work through its varied projects to improve the circumstances faced by people challenged by homelessness in all its forms in the Perth and Kinross Council area.. The CATH Shop has been on the High St since 2010 raising funds for the charity through selling donated reuse items. On the Mend is an upcycling project which uses the donations from the shop to promote the positive benefits of reuse on mental health, connecting with the community, saving money and saving items from landfill.
