DURECO SCRL FS, a social cooperative founded in 2009, focuses on creating employment and fostering professional integration for individuals with limited qualifications or excluded from traditional job markets. Specialising in the collection, sorting, and recycling of household waste, DURECO also reuses bulky waste such as furniture. Operating in the sparsely populated Province of Luxembourg, the cooperative fills gaps left by larger private companies, generating non-relocatable jobs while reducing waste and promoting sustainability.
