Gear Up, based in Lanark, is a Healthy Valleys Social Enterprise empowering communities through cycling, walking, and wheeling. As a Social Enterprise, Gear Up operates a 'not-for-profit' model, and all income generated through their activities is reinvested in Healthy Valleys to enable us to support communities in improving their health and wellbeing.
