Transform Community Development Dundee's aim as an organisation is to meet the needs of vulnerable people by listening to what they say and work with them to find individual solutions to the needs they identify. To achieve this, they continue to provide a range of services that they hope really do make a difference. including a furniture reuse service, a fareshare food service and a catering service.
