Taxation

We strive for taxation to play a great role in shifting our economy from linear to circular and encourage social employment. For instance, tools like value-added tax (VAT) rates on products and services should progressively prioritise a shift to reuse, repair, and recycling activities, in line with the EU Waste Hierarchy. Equally, taxation should incentivise social inclusion activities.
