Alternatief VZW

Alternatief VZW is a social enterprise committed to sustainable and inclusive employment through tailor-made training, coaching, and mediation. Alternatief VZW aims to provide people distanced from the labour market the opportunity to gain work experience and develop competences with a view to transfer to the traditional labour market. It does so through work-based training and individualised coaching and mediation, among others. Work activities include the textile department, where the employees carry out various specialised stitching assignments, or the VEDO bicycle workshops, where one can go to repair or rent a bicycle at advantageous rates.
