KadeDi – Kaufhaus der Diakonie Moerser Strasse 2

Founded in 1984, KadeDi operates under the motto 'Gutes aus zweiter Hand' (Good things from second hand). The stores offer a broad spectrum of used items such as furniture, kitchen and electrical appliances, household goods, and clothing at affordable prices. The organisation has seven locations in Duisburg, Dinslaken, Wesel, Voerde, and Kamp-Lintfort. KadeDi not only sells second-hand goods but also provides services like furniture delivery, moving assistance, and home clearance. The team includes about 60 full-time employees and over 270 participants from various community work programs. The proceeds from the sales support people in need and contribute to the community. KadeDi also serves as a training facility for young people to become sales specialists.
